As an insurance consumer you have a great deal of rights which you are entitled to by law.

Most of us have no idea what those rights are. Typically we are not taught them at the tender age when we get our license and it is unlikely that your insurer or the automotive after market that services your policy are going to tell you. In most cases, it is unlikely that they even want you to know.
